Michael Marvin was elected AUBG’s new Chair of the Board of Trustees at the Board meeting that took place June 19-21. Mr. Marvin joined the Board in 2019 and has generously contributed to the AUBG Board and leadership.
Michael Marvin has served on dozens of not-for-profit, public and private
company boards and has extensive experience in public and private
educational institutions at every level. He currently serves on the board of
the Bulgarian Entrepreneurship Center and two other private company
boards. He is also the second highest individual donor to AUBG this fiscal
year. “It is an honor and a privilege to be appointed the Chair of the AUBG
Board of Trustees,” Marvin said. “On behalf of the entire Board, I would like
to express my deepest gratitude to the Acting Chair of the Board, Victoria
Entwistle, for her extraordinary leadership and countless efforts in serving
the university. Her passion for AUBG is contagious and I am proud that we
will be working alongside for the wellbeing of AUBG.”
